In this role, you will perform as an individual contributor that is a key leader for several clients both internally and externally. This role will develop and maintain a working relationship with PSCU and Fiserv, while working with the internal teams including implementations, CRMs, Sales and other groups. As an Advisor Card Product Strategist, you will manage the strategy, planning, development and operations of our Card and ATM Processing products. This includes ensuring the product delivers on the strategic objectives of the organization and meets short term performance targets set by the business. Creating, dreaming, enhancing new product concepts or enhancements, analyzing product performance metrics and ensuring efficient and cost-effective product delivery are all within the realm of the CPS Product Management team. This individual should be a hard-working, results oriented contributor that excels at prioritization of several tasks and has a strong ability to communicate effectively across a variety of clients. This person should be a strategic, data-driven professional who excels at organization, has excellent judgment, and critical-thinking abilities. They should be a true leader among others with a results-oriented personality that can innately and effectively influence others. This position can be worked remotely within the U.S. What you’ll be responsible for: + Provides high level product strategy guidance and recommendations across the organization, by identifying product offering gaps and potential solutions, analyzing potential vendor fit for JH, evaluating new industry products and offerings in conjunction with business units. + Identifies opportunities to leverage existing products between and across business units, making recommendations to business units on enhancements or new products for their product roadmaps. + Determines and communicate the impact to JH products from enhancements or changes to ancillary or complimentary to JH products and partners to strategically align product roadmaps. + Leads product strategy meetings with identified FI’s, FinTech’s and key partners, collecting feedback and creating action plans to address customer needs. + Leads and provide product strategic guidance, information, and leadership across JH. + Reports product status and communicate the strategic vision. + Monitors and analyze changes within the industry to determine immediate and long-term impact of changes on JH products, as well as identifying revenue implications and the likely effect on sales drivers. + Understands the roadmaps for JH products and may provide strategic guidance. + Represents JH and drive company and brand recognition at industry events and conferences as attendees and speakers. + Creates internal and external-facing presentations, communications, and white papers on key topics within the industry. + Ability to create and deliver presentations to both internal and external audience. Including to large audiences and senior leadership. + Assists in creating marketing and sales materials and assist sales by serving as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and fostering a better understanding of product and service strategy as well as industry trends. + Identifies and analyze potential new partners and FinTech’s. + Participates in due diligence and evaluation of acquisition targets identified by or brought to the product strategy team. + May assist less experienced peers and act as a team leader. + May perform other job duties as assigned. What you’ll need to have: + Minimum of 10 years of experience with Card Processing. + Must have Product Management, Business Analyst, or Consulting experience. + Must be able to travel up to 20% for client meetings, trainings or conferences. What would be nice for you to have: + Bachelor’s degree. + Processor level experience with PSCU, Fiserv or similar card processing provider. + Experience working with multiple financial institutions directly and indirectly. + Ability to multitask and prioritize different job functions. + Vendor Management experience (such as: VISA, Mastercard, PSCU, FISERV, Ondot, etc.) + Develop and communicate the roadmap. + Work with system architects to understand architectural work. + Manage the program feature backlog. + Develop feature acceptance criteria. + Define Releases and Program Increments. + Participate in release management and solution validation.
